Am I Eligible Medical Cannabis Therapy?

To be eligible for medical cannabis therapy, you must satisfy the following criteria:

Those who have a chronic diagnosed medical condition persisting for over 3 months.

Those who have failed traditional treatment options including, but not limited to, ineffective treatment for symptom control and/or undesirable side effects.

 

Who is NOT eligible for medical cannabis therapies?

Children under 18 years of age.

Pregnant women.

Patients suffering from previous or current substance misuse/abuse issues or schizophrenia.

What conditions can medical cannabis therapies be prescribed for?

Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting

Migraines ad hedaches

Alzheimer’s disease
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
HIV/AIDS
Crohn’s disease
Epilepsy and seizures
Glaucoma
Multiple sclerosis and muscle spasms
